Shark viewing from the boat & snorkeling in total comfort and safety, 1:30 hr boat ride. Full snorkeling gear - underwater photos or videos available, no experience needed, no diving certification required - maximum safety and so much fun!

From Cozumel:
- You will need to arrive to the COZUMEL FERRY PIER AT 5:30AM to purchase your ticket for the 6:30 AM XCARET FERRY TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN.
- DO NOT ARRIVE ANY LATER THAN 6:00 AM OR YOU RISK LOSING YOUR FERRY - AND YOUR WHOLE TOUR.
- The ferry ride is approximately 40 minutes.
- When you arrive to PLAYA DEL CARMEN, you will EXIT the FERRY TERMINAL and catch Taxi transportation to Cancun, Hacienda del Mar Marina.
The ride to the Shark Safari area is around 1:30 hours.
A friendly reminder to:
- Wear your bathing suit, you may want to bring a change of clothes for your drive home
- Take a towel
- Hat, sunglasses, long pants & long sleeves recommended
- Sunscreen for the boat ride (must be reef safe - no aerosols permitted)
- If you are affected by motion sickness, we can highly recommend taking Dramamine the night before, the morning of, and an hour before boarding the boat. You will be on board for the whole day, it's common to have choppy seas while you are out in the middle of the ocean
