Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove and an array of high quality cooking utensils. Guests have everything at their fingertips to prepare their own meals and snacks at home using local ingredients, easily obtained from either of the two major supermarkets located merely blocks away. Also located within easy walking distance are numerous dining establishments serving up delicious, local cuisine of all varieties and price points.
Living Space
Inside the apartment, guests will find plenty of comfortable seating and ample space for relaxation, dining, and lounging. With plenty of natural light passing through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will have the illusion that they are staying in a jungle. The building was constructed around the existing trees, thus giving a beautiful green scenery for guests to observe from the comfort of their apartment.
Shared Spaces
Guests have access to the first-floor garden lounge as well as the rooftop deck, plunge pool and dining area with BBQ. Relax in the shade downstairs with a book, or watch the sunset from the rooftop with a drink in hand!
Bedroom
Entering the bedroom, our guests are greeted with comfortable Queen Sized beds outfitted with lush linens including top quality cotton sheets and a premium down duvet.
Only the smell of freshly brewing coffee and the promise of yet another wonderful day on Cozumel will get you out of bed! For parties of three, the living room couch easily converts into a full-sized, comfortable bed.
Furnishings
All of the apartments’ custom-designed furnishings were hand-made of native hardwoods in the heart of Mexico’s mainland. Our cabinetry, tables and, beds were fitted into place by local workmen and artisans.
